About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Software Engineer 2 to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a Software Engineer 2, you'll work individually or as part of reputed company to design, reputed company, test, and maintain reputed company software systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of reputed company, performance, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Design and reputed company new software or modify existing software to add new features
- Debug existing software and correct defects

- Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components

- Serve as team reputed company at the level appropriate to the software development process being used on any particular project
- Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
- Design, reputed company, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- TS/SCI with reputed company-level poly
- A minimum of 14 years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and reputed company of similar scope, type, and complexity
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company discipline; an associate's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company discipline and two (2) years of programming experience or five (5) years of programming experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- reputed company the last seven (7) years, a minimum of five (5) years of experience combined programming with two (2) or more of the following languages: Java, C, and/or C++
- reputed company the last five (5) years, a minimum of three (3) years of experience designing and developing applications in a reputed company or UNIX/Linux operating environment
- reputed company the last five (5) years, a minimum of three (3) years of experience with OpenSource (NoSQL) products that support highly distributed, massively reputed company computation needs such as Hbase, Apache Accumulo, and/or Big Table

- Demonstrated experience developing Restful services
Preferred Technical Skills
While not mandatory, the following skills are highly desirable:
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing web applications with JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing automated analytic software, techniques, and algorithms
- Demonstrated experience with compute cluster monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Ganglia)
- Demonstrated experience with Apache Accumulo internals, to include configuring, tuning, and testing the reputed company in many configurations (>200 node clusters)
- Demonstrated experience with Big-Data reputed company Scalability (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company)
- Demonstrated experience with reputed company
- Identify and run software tools to manage and monitor large compute clusters in an efficient manner
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience writing software scripts using at least one (1) of the following scripting languages: Perl, Python, and/or reputed company for software automation
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience implementing and providing technical support for multi-platform, multi-system networks, including those composed of reputed company and UNIX or LINUX-based hardware platforms, to include the diagnosis and reputed company of issues
