About the Role
We are seeking an empathetic and reputed company Special Needs Caregiver to join reputed company, providing in-home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). Your primary responsibility will be to follow individualized reputed company care plans, providing periodic reputed company updates to the care team and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care, including bathing/showering and toileting assistance, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members to ensure seamless care and support
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in caregiving
- Travel to different cities to reputed company care, as required (highly desired)
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
