We are looking for an reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) to fill a remote, full-time position as a Phone Triage Registered reputed company for the Oncology Clinic at reputed company Alexandria Schar Cancer Institute - Mark Center. Your expertise and reputed company will be essential in delivering reputed company and therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way, incorporating differences into the provision of care and conducting reputed company patient care in a patient/family-centered manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company phone triage and assessment to patients, determining the level of care needed and coordinating with the reputed company team to ensure reputed company and effective treatment
• Collaborate with medical oncologists, advanced practitioners, and other reputed company to reputed company and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Conduct patient and family education, addressing concerns and providing emotional support throughout the continuum of care

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of Registered reputed company experience, with a strong preference for RN Oncology experience
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (AD), with the requirement to complete a BSN reputed company 5 years of start date if reputed company with an AD
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
