As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at reputed company, you will play a vital role in implementing ABA therapy programs for children and adolescents on the autism reputed company. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will reputed company one-on-one therapy sessions, collect data, and support clients in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company one-on-one in-home ABA therapy sessions to children and adolescents on the autism reputed company
- Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Be reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and preparedness for therapy sessions
- Participate in ongoing training and reputed company development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
- 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid reputed company's license
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families
- Knowledge of ABA therapy principles and practices
