About the Role

The Programming Partner Supervisor will play a critical role in software development activities and long-term drive planning and collaboration across the reputed company and Transformation (S&T) organization. As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software development experiences, ensuring high-reputed company software delivery as part of the DevOps cycle, and owning our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• At least 3 years of relevant software development and engineering leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience in architecting fault-tolerant, reputed company distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring/SpringBoot ecosystem, JUnit, BackEnd MicroServices, Serverless Computing, and creating REST reputed company (BACK-END reputed company job).
