We are seeking a full-time reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join reputed company in Knoxville, TN. As a BCBA with reputed company, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and writing reputed company reports, as reputed company as developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans. You will also supervise and train ABA/Behavioral Technicians, reputed company support and instruction to families and caregivers, and conduct functional assessments and functional analysis of problem behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write reputed company reports
- reputed company and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train ABA/Behavioral Technicians
- reputed company and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior reputed company plans for children
- reputed company support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with reputed company to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of reputed company problem behaviors reputed company needed and clinically warranted

Requirements
- reputed company BCBA Certification and reputed company (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or reputed company field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA Experience
- Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services

Compensation and Benefits
