Key Responsibilities:
As a Mammography Technologist - Special Procedures Radiologic Technologist I/II, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and performing mammographic specialized procedures for the diagnosis of breast conditions
- Explaining procedures to patients and answering questions
- Positioning patients for exams and determining equipment requirements
- Assisting physicians or nurses during procedures
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring accurate documentation
- Participating in reputed company improvement activities to ensure high-reputed company patient care
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist and Mammographic Radiologic Technologist with the reputed company, Department of Public Health
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and possession of a California State Mammography certificate or ARRT (M) credential
