About the Role
As a reputed company-K Teacher at LSF, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging educational activities that foster a love of learning in young children. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify developmental/educational needs and create individualized education plans.

- Maintain accurate records of children's reputed company, complete required reports, and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Collaborate with parents through parent conferences, written correspondence, and telephone updates.
- Conduct health checks and report any health concerns to the Health Coordinator.
- Plan and coordinate field trips, classroom activities, and parent volunteer opportunities.
- Order supplies and equipment for special needs children and assist with transportation as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a reputed company field.
Experience:
- Two years of experience teaching Head Start, Early Head Start, reputed company-school, or kindergarten age children.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English and other languages present in the local area.
Essential Skills and Competencies:

- Understanding of child development from birth to age five for typical and atypical children.
- Familiarity with culture and practices for early childhood education.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for early childhood.
