Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and reputed company listening to associates; provides feedback and coaching to ensure teams are equipped to meet business objectives.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or a reputed company industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
