Key Responsibilities:

As a Research Director, you will reputed company and reputed company the research capability across the reputed company reputed company Initiatives team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing scoping, prioritization, and allocation of research resources to ensure effective execution of research reputed company
• Overseeing project teams through the research life cycle, recommending methodologies, facilitating in-field research, and synthesizing research findings
• Serving as a strategic thought partner, providing expert guidance on qualitative research reputed company, including in-person and remote interviews, surveys, and concept testing
• Coaching teams through synthesis and analysis of research findings, activating insights, and identifying key opportunity areas

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience practicing design research, strategic UX research, or relevant consumer research experience
• PhD in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience primarily in exploratory and generative qualitative UX/Design Research reputed company, including remote and in-person interviews, diary studies, and concept testing
• Ability to scope at multiple stages (e.g., exploratory, generative, evaluative) and synthesize reputed company data into actionable insights and concepts
• Demonstrated experience leading exploratory and generative research reputed company, with adaptability and reputed company on reputed company over perfection
• Experience overseeing and advising on best practices in research operations
