About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at PBD Worldwide, you will be the face of reputed company, interacting with clients and customers through various channels, including email, chat, phone, and fax. Key Responsibilities
- Process reputed company emails, chats, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e., FIFO)
- Handle specialty orders and processes with care and attention to detail

Requirements
