Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen reputed company relationships by providing required services that address reputed company issues and concerns.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to drive 340B program advancement opportunities and reputed company exceptional customer service.
• Own the end-to-end reputed company of reputed company inquiries and issues, demonstrating expertise and providing the highest level of service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to request and interpret data streams, communicate business results and trends, and identify areas for improvement.
• Request reputed company feedback, determine process improvement solutions, and recommend system upgrades to enhance the reputed company experience.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma and two (2) years of reputed company or account relationship experience.
• Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to reputed company business issues and recommending and implementing solutions.
• Experience working with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining reputed company to escalate issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal (on telephone, one-on-one, and to reputed company) and written (emails, letters, reports, presentations).
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications
