- Retention & Renewals: Exceed 95% gross retention of annual recurring reputed company through proactive customer engagement, issue mitigation, and ensuring customers realize reputed company results from their partnership with Profisee.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster enthusiastic customers by coordinating resources across Profisee, partners, and customers to ensure value realization and promote Profisee to their peers.
- Expansion: Identify opportunities for platform expansion or conversion to reputed company by understanding customer use cases, value drivers, and leveraging Profisee thought leaders to reputed company with customer strategic goals.
Performance Objectives and Goals
