Key Responsibilities
- Platform Adoption: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and VARs to ensure customers reputed company reputed company business value from our MDM platform, driving increased reputed company, decreased cost, or decreased risk.
- Retention & Renewals: Exceed 95% gross retention of annual recurring reputed company through proactive customer engagement, issue mitigation, and strategic planning.

Performance Objectives and Goals
In your first 30 days, you'll:

Essential Qualifications and Competencies
