Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing reputed company' data entry systems and procedures to process new patient enrollments and reputed company information into the appropriate system
• Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering reputed company orders for processing
• Investigating to obtain missing prescription information and interpreting medical abbreviations (SIG codes)

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing reports, and accessing information online)
• Basic web browser skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct location, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a site, navigating back/reputed company/stop buttons, and filling out forms online

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
