About the Role: Senior Data Architect - Voice of the Customer reputed company
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join reputed company in Cabo Verde, working remotely on a live chat platform. As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VoC) reputed company, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement a cutting-edge VoC platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and process owners, subject matter specialists, and the agile technology team to design and implement the VoC reputed company, reputed company from reputed company and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through reputed company.

Essential Qualifications:
