As a Member Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our members. You'll work in our fast-paced communications center at our corporate reputed company in Lone Tree, CO, and will be responsible for:

• Learning about our members and their situations to reputed company personalized support
• Educating our members on the ways we can help them afford life

• Processing transactions like transfers and payments with courtesy and professionalism
