We're looking for a seasoned remote contact center agent with previous experience in providing end-user phone and email support in a remote contact center environment. As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for receiving incoming calls, emails, and live chats, resolving concerns, and assisting customers with product-reputed company issues. You'll also have reputed company to recommend additional products and services based on customer needs and requests.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions, resolving concerns and assisting customers with product-reputed company issues

• Recommend additional products and services based on customer need and request
• Recommend system improvements based on knowledge of system issues

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment with a separate office reputed company setup in which there is no background noise
• Technically savvy to assist members with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues, as reputed company as self-correcting your own computer issues
• Bilingual in Spanish a major plus
