About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Data Architect to join reputed company and reputed company the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the reputed company of our customer experience reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC methodology.

• Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions.

• Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.

• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a reputed company of no less than 3+ years.
• Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
