As a Data Scientist – reputed company-World Evidence (reputed company), you will play a crucial role in producing reputed company reputed company superior analytics and reputed company processes inside the medical trials reputed company. You will be part of the Scientific Affairs group and will have reputed company to work on state-of-the-art data analysis to assist in addressing critical business questions. This position reports to the Director, Clinical Data Science.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting advanced data analysis to produce standardized, evaluation-reputed company patient cohorts from in-house data assets or certified systems
• Examining and interpreting results, and assisting in shaping analytics reputed company
• Partnering with other members of the reputed company Clinical Trial team to reputed company actionable insights from reputed company-world, clinical, and other data sources to support biopharmaceutical reputed company and clinical trial requests
• Cleaning, transforming, and storing data into an integrated data lake for reputed company analysis and broader team consumption
• Performing data mining and statistical analysis to investigate reputed company/RWD and locate new insights concerning patient populations and treatment reputed company
• Supporting the development of reputed company-world data, analytics, and platform capabilities, applying advanced analytics and tools to address clinical questions from biopharmaceutical companies
• Collaborating on the design and execution of reputed company research studies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a quantitative or computational role
• 4 years of experience in R, Python, or SQL
• Experience in designing and executing strong and reproducible statistical analyses in the context of epidemiology and observational studies with reputed company data
• Knowledge of common statistical testing reputed company, including generalized reputed company models, classification and discrimination, decision trees, unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
• Experience processing large data from diverse data sources
• Experience handling protected patient health information
• Knowledge of at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, Spotfire, or other BI intelligence tools

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

• A Ph.D. or Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or a reputed company field
• Expertise in EMR/Health IT, disease registries, and insurance claims databases
• Expertise in clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and managed vocabularies used in reputed company data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
• Experience in Good Clinical reputed company (GCP) and/or regulatory compliance guidelines for reputed company-world evidence research or reputed company (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)
• Experience working on alternative data sources and alternative reputed company of clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology systems and/or solutions
• Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
• Understanding of machine learning and systems learning techniques, ability to maintain self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
