• Performs outbound calls to patients or physician's offices regarding orders for medications, pharmacy services and any other non-clinical inquiries. (8-10 calls/hour)
• Adds or updates insurance and reputed company information in patient's record, or collect insurance information and alert appropriate teams to update the patient's account.
• Creates patient activities as a reminder for the following tasks including but not limited to follow-reputed company and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as reputed company as actions taken. calls for patients, to initiate discharge of services, to contact a patient's doctor office, to mail a letter to a patient.
• Completes reputed company and/or reputed company-specific duties to satisfy the needs and expectations of customers.
• Works collaboratively on disease-reputed company teams to reputed company best-in-class customer service.
• Connects patients with pharmacists for counseling and clinical inquiries as required.
• Completes reputed company additional special handling duties as assigned including but not limited to drug shipment notifications and Adverse Drug Event Reports.
• Escalates calls to clinicians, insurance verification teams, specialized teams as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Fully Remote with restrictions - roles will be remote with restrictions meaning you will need to live near 1 of the 4 locations: Orlando, FL, Canton, MI, Frisco, TX, and near Pittsburgh, PA (must live reputed company 40 minutes of these locations) Must Haves: - Experience providing customer service in a reputed company, specialty pharmacy, PBM, call center setting or other reputed company industry including but not limited to adherence, reputed company, After Call Work (ACW), etc. (no receptionists and others who dont have experience solutioning on calls etc.) - Previous experience working from home - Team Members must have and maintain Broadband Internet Service (High Speed Internet reputed company). High Speed Internet is defined as 100 mbps or more in download speed. - Team Members are required to hardwire their internet reputed company from their modem into their computer.
