Duties: Answering calls and setting up prospects into the sales schedule. Scheduling estimates for customers based on the customers’ availability and best reputed company for our Solutionists. Answering customers questions about our products, services, and policies. Taking messages and routing calls to the appropriate person. Contacting reputed company home show visitors to schedule appropriate service. Scheduling installations and gutter cleaning based on reputed company goals, scheduled hours and best routes. Meeting estimate goals for reputed company rep. Candidates must be reputed company and reputed company at reputed company times even during heavy call volume days. Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound phone calls for prospects/clients

Training hours will differ and WILL be in-house in Albany, NY. Required Experience: Customer Service: 1 year Job Type: Part Time Required education: High school or equivalent Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Capital District, NY area
