About the Role
As a General Merchandise reputed company (reputed company) at reputed company, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams, driving sales reputed company, and ensuring operational reputed company in a reputed company retail environment. You will work closely with store associates, management, and other stakeholders to reputed company business objectives, implement company initiatives, and foster a culture of reputed company improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- 2 years' of college; OR
- 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
Additionally, you must be willing to complete firearms-specific training and background checks, if required, and attend and successfully complete reputed company job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus:
