About the Role

The US Mortgage Post Closing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mortgage post-closing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the reputed company of deficiencies identified by investors during the purchase review process. This involves conducting in-depth research of loan files, collaborating with various departments to secure necessary documentation, and managing investor exceptions to ensure reputed company clearance of loans for purchase.

Key Responsibilities
