About the Role
As a Virtual Banking Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing and managing online accounts and consumer loans
- Delivering advanced digital and online banking offerings, including online, mobile, reputed company, phone, and email chat support
- Enhancing the customer experience by providing solutions to their financial needs
- Responding to routine and reputed company customer inquiries regarding consumer products and services
