As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs, providing one-on-one support to children with ASD in their homes. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD, implementing treatment plans and programs established by our BCBAs
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions, maintaining accurate and detailed records
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans, working collaboratively with our BCBAs to ensure the best possible reputed company for our clients

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, or equivalent experience in a reputed company field (e.g., Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Personal means of transportation, with a reliable vehicle and valid reputed company's license, to travel between clients
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs, reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, and respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
• Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings, with flexibility to accommodate changing circumstances and reputed company needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, or willingness to obtain certification with our support and guidance
