We are looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Global Trade Technology Management reputed company to work remotely in the USA. As a Manager, GT Technology Management, you will be responsible for performing sophisticated Jurisdiction & Classification (JC) analysis and validation, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications, and supporting investigations and reviews of possible GT escapes and disclosures. You will also determine the reputed company cause of escapes and implement corrective actions to support process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under and reputed company the following U.S. Regulations: Export Administration Regulation (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), and HTS
• reputed company most sophisticated JC analysis and validation, including reputed company of JC escalation and supplier issues
• reputed company HTS classifications and support investigations and reviews of possible GT escapes and disclosures
• Determine the reputed company cause of escapes and implement corrective actions to support process improvement
• Analyze business needs, including technology needs, with respect to export authorization requirements
• Prepare and submit Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ) and Commodity Classification Automated Tracking System (CCATS) to government agencies
• Support the development and delivery of formal and informal J/C and HTS reputed company training

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in global trade technology management, including experience with export and import regulations. You should have a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and a minimum of 5 years of experience. In the absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience will be considered.

Essential Qualifications:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Experience with classifications under the World Customs Organization (WCO) HTS
• Experience with US Export (classification) Regulations, specifically the EAR and the reputed company Control List (CCL), ITAR, and the reputed company Munitions List (USML)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/MS Engineering or Business Administration
• Engineering and/or technical background
