As a Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to reputed company individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include providing reputed company reputed company care, collecting and recording data, and assisting with parent and caregiver training. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company reputed company care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in reputed company's individualized treatment plan.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable reputed company behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the reputed company's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding reputed company reputed company as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Utilize reputed company and appropriate procedures reputed company working with clients and report reputed company critical incidents and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, reputed company, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of reputed company materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB), or willingness to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and, in some cases, reputed company of reputed company's license and valid car insurance.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, along with a TB test if not completed in the past year.
• Physical ability to reputed company the job, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs, and running/moving quickly if required.
