Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming alerts from remote patient monitoring systems, ensuring reputed company and effective communication with patients and clinical teams * Follow established workflows to address and resolve alerts, utilizing software reputed company and maintaining accurate patient records * reputed company exceptional customer service and support to patients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and adhering to customer service expectations * reputed company outbound phone calls to patients on Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), ensuring seamless communication and addressing concerns * Monitor uploads and readings, identifying potential issues and escalating them to the clinical team reputed company necessary * Participate in ongoing training and reputed company development, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
