About the Role
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Processing the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching reputed company awards
- Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions reputed company to stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and reputed company purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
- Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, business partners, or other stakeholders
- Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Producing reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Reviewing and maintaining equity administration procedures and documentation
- Performing other equity plan administration tasks, as requested
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a reputed company field (preferred)
- Experience working with various equity plan products, including stock reputed company, Performance reputed company reputed company, Restricted Stock reputed company, and stock purchase plans (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (reputed company in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
