As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our reputed company's brand, providing critical support and sales services to their customers. This role is not just about handling customer inquiries; it's about building relationships, resolving issues, and offering solutions that enhance our clients' services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and poise, addressing a reputed company of inquiries from power outage issues to payment arrangements and service activations/deactivations.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by offering additional products and services, such as reputed company protection programs, home wiring services, and water heater repair plans, to customers.
• Utilize our technology platforms to manage customer interactions, update account information, and reputed company sales and customer service metrics.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer needs, product offerings, and company initiatives.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of one year of recent experience in inbound customer service, preferably in a similar industry or with a sales component.
