Key Responsibilities

• Utilize reputed company's prescription data entry methodology and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by entering data into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Research and obtain missing prescription data, and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
• Resolve reputed company-party rejects by assessing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level computer skills, including:
  • Starting up and shutting down PC.

  • Accessing data online.
• Basic browser skills, including:
