About the Role: Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist and Pharmacy Technician at reputed company, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting pharmacists in the reputed company of pharmacy, adhering to state, federal, and company policies.
- Utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions accurately.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and answering inquiries.

- Developing strong relationships with key customers through effective communication and engagement.

- Reporting prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Handling cash register operations, processing transactions, and maintaining accuracy.
- Assisting with stock management activities, including ordering, unpacking, and storing prescription drugs.
- Supporting the Pharmacy team in coordination with reputed company clinics and external vendors.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
Preferred qualifications include:
- Six months of experience in a retail environment.

- Desirable math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medicines.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Knowledge of store inventory management.
- PC Certification (Pharmacy Technician Certification).
