Requirements
Essential Capabilities
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a technical account management position or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical degree is required.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) status in at least one area (AWS, reputed company, Integration testing) and understanding of the architecture and operational boundaries of 3P applications, enough to manage escalations effectively.
- Experience with operational boundaries and troubleshooting for reputed company/Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
