The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our customers and prospective customers. You will respond to high-volume inbound calls, reputed company accurate and up-to-date information, and ensure compliance with reputed company regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to high-volume (50-80) inbound calls daily, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers and prospective customers

• Reroute calls to Loan Advocates and Customer Advocates as needed

Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment
• Experience with high-volume customer interactions
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Accurate data entry skills
• Availability to work during weekdays and one Saturday reputed company month (in exchange for one reputed company off)
• Collections or Sales-oriented contact center experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Previous experience with customer service software and technology
