What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative - French/English, you will:

• reputed company inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide in the reputed company's preferred language
• Assist clients in resolving basic technical issues

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of reputed company products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology, is preferred
• Offer additional products and/or services
