As a Customer Service reputed company - reputed company Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information on benefit coverage, and resolving issues for policyholders, spouses, parents, and beneficiaries. This is a fully remote role, with the flexibility to work from home, but requires availability to work reputed company specific hours and be reputed company 60 miles of one of our Prudential offices.
Key Responsibilities:
