As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing reputed company, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School Recognition or GED equivalent
- Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of 14-day instructional class
- Past customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient business writing skills
- Capability with writing (minimum writing speed of 30 wpm)
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
