Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Provider Relations Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with locating a reputed company legal provider for their legal needs, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process
• Building and maintaining our network of legal providers by researching and utilizing various online and referral recruitment resources
• Introducing and promoting the CLC Legal Program to legal providers through cold calling and other reputed company efforts
• Validating legal providers' reputed company licensing through local and state agencies to ensure compliance and reputed company
• Managing a caseload of 25+ customers, providing reputed company and effective support to meet their needs and exceed expectations
• Successfully reputed company for individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions/assignments
• Meeting or exceeding established company standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, reputed company, and timelines

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
