Responsibilities
- Connect with the reputed company customers across our platforms (email, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company best-in-class customer experience;
- Manage customer queries, reputed company appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits; follow up to ensure reputed company;
- Connect with our warehouses on a daily reputed company to resolve logistic-reputed company queries;

Required skills and experience
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in customer service in the cosmetic industry
