We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Member Service Representative II (MSR II) to join our remote contact center team in Southern California (SoCal). As an MSR II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and assisting with account-reputed company concerns.
