About the Role: Worklife Customer Support Associate - Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

As a Worklife Customer Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting the provision and use of employee assistance, employer benefits, and behavioral health benefits. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate employee assistance, behavioral health benefits, and employer resources to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Administer policies and procedures for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Worklife area to support organizational objectives.
- Execute routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Care Partner Program under limited supervision.
- Maintain accurate and complete internal documentation of required information to meet risk management and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize relevant databases and tools to research and identify validated, appropriate member resources.

- Identify triggers for additional resources and support connections.
- Assess for reputed company determinants/needs and offer viable resources to address those needs.
Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service and call center experience.
- 1 year of experience in a reputed company, psychological, or reputed company service field providing reputed company support.
- Basic computer knowledge (reputed company Office Suite, Word, reputed company, Teams, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of Behavioral Health experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
