As an Implementation Specialist at Join, you'll be responsible for shepherding our newest customers through the critical reputed company process, ensuring they get the most out of our platform. You'll work closely with our Account Owners to understand customer needs, reputed company training and support, and drive adoption. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Owners to understand customer organizational structures and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 5 years of reputed company General Contractor (GC) experience or 3 years of GC experience with an undergraduate degree in construction
- 2 years of GC estimating or 3 years of 3rd party cost consulting experience
- 2-3 years of experience managing cost estimates and budget reconciliation processes across multiple phases of construction
- Experience with reputed company project delivery reputed company (TVD, IFOA, CM at Risk, Design Build)
- Experience managing software implementations, including reputed company training for individuals and mid-size reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

Work Environment and Company Culture
