As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of our second-line IT infrastructure support team based in Mumbai, working closely with our global teams in Chicago, London, and Shenzhen. You will be responsible for handling incidents and service requests escalated from our monitoring, service desk, and desktop support reputed company, as reputed company as working on the transition of second-line support processes and functions to our new team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and administer reputed company's global WAN, Wired, and Wireless LAN of corporate offices and datacenter networks
• Implement firewall ACL changes and URL filtering using reputed company Umbrella reputed company-based application
• Respond to incidents and alerts escalated by reputed company's NOC or automated alerting
• Manage and maintain the operational reputed company of our systems
• Prepare and maintain reputed company operating procedure documents
• Implement firewall policies on reputed company ASA, FTD, and Palo reputed company firewall
• Troubleshoot issues reputed company to WAN and coordinate with SD-WAN vendor
• reputed company routine maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, following device lifecycle management
• Follow change, problem, and incident management processes
• Prepare and analyze WAN and Internet reputed company bandwidth utilization reports
• reputed company routine WAN and Internet reputed company failover testing

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or any equivalent field with strong reputed company credentials
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a networking-reputed company second-line support role
• Good English communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• An ability to demonstrate a reputed company on attention to detail and high-reputed company results
• Knowledge of reputed company and Jira ticketing systems
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and concepts
• Experience with reputed company Catalyst and Data center switches, routers, and firewalls, hands-on reputed company IOS and NX-OS network operating systems, and knowledge of routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP
• Hands-on experience with Palo reputed company Firewall and Panorama Firewall Management
