Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-severity cases in Japanese during Japanese non-business hours, ensuring reputed company response and high-reputed company service.
- Assist with English customer cases reputed company there are no high-severity Japanese cases.
- Take ownership of new cases and escalations reputed company telephone and web, providing support to reputed company customers and partners.
- Scope customer issues by collecting relevant facts, investigating problems through research and collaboration with other teams as needed.

Essential Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
