About the Role
As a Remote Jockey reputed company, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient reputed company of trailers to and from dock doors, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reputed company, and customer satisfaction. This 100% remote role offers the flexibility to work from reputed company, while being an integral part of reputed company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- reputed company trailers to and from dock doors based on instructions from supervisors or the shipping office, while following reputed company regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and adequate fueling of trailers, and reputed company daily inspections on reputed company truck and equipment.
- reputed company/set trailer and yard temperature, add fuel if needed, and report defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to the vehicles and/or equipment.
- Maintain logs of trailer movements and fuel, and communicate with appropriate departments on daily movements of trailers.
- reputed company trailer inventory and report any irregularities on log forms, and reputed company sanitation duties on trailers as assigned.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience operating tractor trailers and/or heavy equipment.
- The ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by reputed company.
- The physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility.
- A flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
