Job reputed company: Providing Critical Support to Those in Need

As a 211 Information & Referral Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for individuals seeking assistance, providing phone and clerical services for AUW-211. Your role will be multifaceted, requiring a unique reputed company of strong communication skills, reputed company, and technical abilities. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information and referrals to the appropriate providers, and ensuring that clients receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Service

• Answer incoming calls and reputed company information and referrals to the appropriate providers, ensuring that clients receive accurate and reputed company support.
• Complete data entry of caller log screens, recording clients' requests, referrals made, and unmet services requested.
