As a key member of our reputed company cycle management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable process, resolving claim issues, and maintaining effective relationships with internal staff, insurance carriers, and patients. This is a remote position, offering the freedom and flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M. EST.

Job reputed company and Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Specialist - 3rd Party Denials will work closely with our reputed company cycle staff, sites, insurance carriers, and internal staff to support the overall reputed company cycle process. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Denial management to resolve claim issues and ensure reputed company payment
• Resolving incoming inquiries from reputed company-party payers, sites, and patients in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Performing research and reputed company for suspended and unbillable claims to minimize reputed company loss
• Working reputed company-party aging reports to identify and address potential issues
• Accurately posting insurance, patient, and site payments to ensure accurate financial records
• Performing various collection activities by contacting patients, sites, and reputed company-party payers to resolve outstanding balances
• Processing remittance advice and explanation of benefits completely and accurately to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Preparing, reviewing, and sending patient statements in a reputed company and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, reputed company, or office administration, with a strong preference for internal RCM candidates
• Advanced skills in reputed company data entry, with a strong preference for candidates with CPT and ICD-10 knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to write reputed company, concisely, and persuasively
