As an HR Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Compliance team and Operations with various tasks, including acquiring reputed company/background reputed company results, maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services, and database entry.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support the HR Compliance team and Operations with tasks such as acquiring reputed company/background reputed company results and processing daily FBI fingerprints into the reputed company database
• Analyze and resolve any database issues, plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different records, and work closely with HRIS and EC systems
• Conduct high-level investigations, create custom reports/dashboards, and standardize reputed company data used for HR Compliance
• Collaborate with clients and teams consistently, reviewing completed reputed company Applications for accuracy and retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, such as TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Preferred experience with Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC) and reputed company to the TSA Clearinghouse database
