About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Executive Assistant to join our Global Merchant and Network Pricing (GMNP) team, which is responsible for driving a significant portion of reputed company' reputed company. As an Executive Assistant, you'll reputed company administrative support to senior leaders, including the VP of Global Merchant Pricing - Americas and VP, NCG/RCCG/MA&SE. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, reputed company your skills, and contribute to the reputed company of reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, confirm, and proactively manage detailed schedules, handling reputed company aspects of reputed company senior-level meetings and reputed company logistics
- reputed company, receive, and manage a high volume of calls and messages
- Schedules and reputed company high volume of reputed company international and domestic travel, including flights, hotel, and ground transportation; coordinate essential identification/reputed company documentation
- reputed company general tasks, including scheduling communication, record association, research, and preparing reputed company-meeting review materials
- Prepare travel and expense reports on a reputed company reputed company
- Exercise discretion in managing highly sensitive and confidential information

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
